Rundown advertisement for sale at $1.2 million

You are not dreaming," this Hamptons listing opens.

Thanks for the magnification, but we'll be honest: That wasn't the first thought to pop into our mind once we saw the listing.

Incredulity, determined  just not of the too-to your liking-to-be-genuine variety.

The listing is for a one-bedroom, one-bath, half-century-early advertisement situated happening for a flag lot  that is, taking into consideration other residence, accessed from the street via a long driveway  of roughly a third of an acre. The New York Post says it "looks along with it could be straight out of 'Deliverance.'" And it's $1.1 million.

No, wait. Scratch that; that was last month. The price was just adjusted last week. It's now $1.2 million.

Exercises Even The Best Trainers Won't Do

Explosive plyometric jumps and lifting earsplitting racks of weight may be impressive, but those exercises arent for everyone. Lack of strength and flexibility or straightforward inexperience can speedily slant gymnastic bravado into a visit to the emergency room. In fact, there are a number of moves that the best trainers generally refuse to realize themselves. Heres a rundown of the exercises youd never catch top trainers and fitness pros tune

Kentucky escapes Notre Dame's mishap bid to compensation to the Final Four

All season long private college basketball analysts and fans have been asking what it would acquiesce on to emphasis the Wildcats, who are widely considered one of the most skillful teams in the chronicles of the scholastic game.

Notre Dame provided as fine a blueprint as anyone has all season but couldnt finish the job in the obstinate minutes of a feisty, gritty, appreciative, leave-it-all-out-there effort. Kentucky survived 68-66 thanks to two Andrew Harrison open throws once six seconds left. Notre Dame's Jerian Grant sprinted along with to the court and had an opportunity to win the game at the buzzer, but Kentucky's swarming excuse made him double-pump and his shot missed the mark.

Harrison may have scored the omnipotent points of the game, but Karl Anthony-Towns carried the Wildcats to this win. The 6-foot-11 product of Piscataway, N.J. seemed unstoppable at period in the paint. Towns scored 25 points, and coach John Calipari and Towns teammates deserve version for recognizing his dominance and until the withdraw of time feeding him the ball.

Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers caught alone while Wisconsin-North Carolina Game

Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers, the actress and the quarterback, are in Los Angeles for the Sweet 16 game between the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Wisconsin Badgers.
Rodgers is a big-time Badgers fan, and followed the team’s run to the Final 4 last year, too. So he’s probably not thrilled that North Carolina has a slim 33-31 halftime lead.

Hank Baskett to Kendra Wilkinson: “I Would Have Shot Myself”

It’s been a rocky year for Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett to say the least.

Shortly after welcoming daughter Alijah Mary last spring, it was alleged Hank cheated on his wife with a transsexual while she was pregnant. The 'Kendra on Top' cameras caught the aftermath on tape — and now the couple are ready to look back.

In a clip for their new series ‘Watch it With Kendra and Hank,’ the duo react to their handling of the matter.

"I was going to divorce you," Kendra, 29, states, to which the 32-year-old shockingly replies, "I would have shot myself."

Kendra and Hank, who are also parents to five-year-old son Hank Jr., have been working hard to mend their troubled marriage. They will appear on the third season of ‘Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars’ this May, and recently gave us an exclusive relationship update.

“We’re working on it minute-to-minute, every day,” Kendra told ‘In Touch.’ “I believe we’re on the road to being better than ever. Sometimes you need a shake-up to get to a place you’ve never been before."
